At Jain Fashion Kids Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our small-scale operations, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
🚫 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection (size, color, etc.)
- Delays caused by courier or logistics
- Discounted or sale items
We strongly advise customers to check product details and size charts before ordering.
🔄 Returns / Replacements
We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following specific conditions:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive a wrong item (wrong size, color, or product)
In these cases, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Send us an email or message with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
- If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or credit (as applicable). Return shipping costs may apply.
❌ What is NOT Accepted
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Late complaints (after 48 hours of delivery)
